I went 2h Fury until 40 (didn't use slam, just /sit for Enrage, use whirlwind/cleave/heroic strike). Went MS arms axe from 40 on, never looked back.

Not having sweeping strikes is a big setback however given that it's not far from chain spamming overpower in terms of rage efficiency. Fury warriors can kill single mobs faster (only with enrage sitting), but you're gimped in a situation where you can't avoid pulling 2 mobs at a time. If you consider the intermediate talents arms is a clear winner. Every arms talent has great value compared to 5 points going into trash 2nd tier fury talents.

I leveled my warrior way back when going through many different builds and now I'm leveling with my conclusion from all that.

First take impale from arms and instantly switch to fury tree, taking the crit and later on imp. Slam. You can take parry from arms if you do alot of tanking in instances.

This IMO is by far the best one. Currently 33 on my warr and I crit pretty frequently, not even talking about improved overpower. Mobs go down with 2-3 crits and an execute if you don't want to bleed it out.

Edit: Big crits + stance dance.

I leveled 10-50 as arms and then re speced to fury 50-53. I found fury to be terrible, I am based in West Australia, and with the delay that entails it was simply too hard to time my swings properly so I re speced back to arms and it was again a breeze.

Honestly the best advice for leveling is to run dungeons until you have ALL the items you want/need from them. Gear >>>> spec for leveling.
