Titanic leggings seem to be added to the game with the Nightmare Dragons.

Seemed to be added into the game with Azuregos/Kazzak.

Savage Gladiator Chain is in the game since launch, but it had different stats making it worse than Breastplate of Bloodthirst from Pristine Hide of the Beast quest chain.
