The basics I got out of that at a glance were 5% hit minimum, then if you're up against 60 mobs, dump crit, else 8% hit then crit for MC/BWL, 9% for AQ, 10% for naxx. For raid bosses, don't get more than 29% more crit than hit or you're wasting crit. Does that sound right?

The thread he links to is a rogue theorycrafting thread so he is incorrect. 5-6% was specials cap for rogues as they have 3% hit from talents while warriors dont. Warrior specials are capped at 8-9%.

Rogues get 5% from precision. The person in the link stated the attack tables he was using were naked & talentless, and I have no reason to believe rogue and warrior attack tables functioned any differently. I'll toss the link to Dhorn to see if he agrees with it.
