The Thrash blade proc is more worth than the extra DPS and proc on Skullforge Reaver. The proc on thrash blade also provide an additional source of incoming rage.

For an offhand, how would you compare thrash blade with frostbite? Same deal as skullforge reaver or does the 15 str carry it more? There would be less procs from it since I'm putting it on my offhand I would assume.

Very hard to say. It would definitely proc alot less in OH due to the fact that no special attacks are done by your OH.

As ORC you should go for Frostbite + Zulian Hacker (ends up in +7 Axes, which is awesome)

2h Fury is very viable tho. Especially for burst fights (as Horde even more powerful thanks to WF) and cleaving fights..In Dungeons where you cleave nearly the whole time, 2h fury is very nice, but Arms again can cleave in many cases just better ^^

Then you have a few good options preRaid.

Frostbite MH + Zulian Hacker OH --> Very good.
As mentioned you could also go with 2h Fury (Unstop. Force), but pure single target bosses the two axes should outdamage it. If you can cleave really often, then TUF will outperform the DW-setup because of whirlwind and cleave hitting very hard.

You should also aim for at least 9% hit. (8.6% is needed for "yellow" attacks)
Im playing with 10-11 right now (DW), you need to balance it good enough so you feel comfortable with rage generation and rage dump.
As 2h fury you dont want to have more than 9% hit, because it's wasted after this cap.

If money is a real issue, then try to buy frostbite (~30g should be farmable) and farm one of the 1h axes from dungeons. Like DM N or Strat UD etc. for your OH.
