Legs: General's plate leggings
boots: Chromatic boots
ring 1: Quick Strike ring
ring 2: Master Dragonslayer's ring
trinket 1: Drake Fang Talisman
trinket 2: Hand of Justice

Weapons:
MH Orcs: HWL> Crul'shorukh > Deathbringer (if you execute swap then DB = Crul)
MH every other race: HWL >= Ironfoe (if it worked properly) > Vis'kag (apparently the proc is very good) > Chromatically Tempered Sword

OH Orcs: Felstriker > Crul'shorukh = HWL axe > CHT = Doom's Edge > Deathbringer = Brutality Blade > Flurry Axe (If the proc rate on flurry axe is atleast 4-5% it's on par with CHT)

OH human: Felstriker > HWL sword > Maladath > Brutality blade > CHT > Bonescraper

OH every other race: Felstriker > HWL dagger > Maladath > CHT > Brustality Blade > Bonescraper

Felstriker could be shit on this server I dunno so you can disregard that, and you've got WSG exalted bracers which are practically BiS too. I haven't bothered to check if you'll be crit capped or not with world buffs stacked so you might have to swap some pieces.

Otherwise the list is perfectly accurate though I couldn't be bothered to go through the details for weapons.

Here's some mandatory info for orcs though:

HWL Axe / Deathbringer MH + Crul OH is BiS, swap out the DB for a flurry axe/fast dagger for execute phase. I'm currently using DB + Doom's and double DB without world buffs (due to hamstring spam negating the benefit of an extra flurry charge from a noncrit landing on the last stack).

All of these choices ultimately don't fucking matter at all because at best it's a 5-10 dps between these weapons. What actually matters is stacking world buffs and grinding consumeables like you have no life. Then you have to be in a good guild that kills shit fast so you can stack all your cooldowns and stand in fire like a mongoloid so you get rage so you can do some nice burst damage and hopefully with some ungodly RNG you can make it on the top of the highscores on realmplayers.

This. I have seen the phrase hamstring spam pop up a lot but still don't understand its purpose. Is the idea that with pvp gloves it's a rage efficient and instant want to proc flurry? I'm only guessing.

WF totem, flurry, HoJ, dodges, and the ability itself does around 40-60 damage. Windfury is the main factor that makes hamstring more rage efficient than herioc strike. The pvp gloves are pretty good if you dont have the rage income to spam it ontop of BT/WW. R12 gloves > flameguard for this reason.

1.5 crit 1 hit > 1.6 crit 1 hit obviously...
Also if you have ony neck as a warrior your guild did a terrible job in the first place so might as well give you prestors too...

I can't tell if you're trolling or retarded. The Onyxia neck was available before BWL and it was BiS by a decent margin. The only likely upgrade you're looking at is from ZG which still isn't even in PTR yet.
