And when you stance stance it delays your swing for you but also starts the timer of the next swing but only one additional swing, but that swing is lost if you swap back without it hitting first, giving a huge white hit damage boost in 5 mans which gives more rage on the much bigger hits for more sunders and shield slams, since the majority of the time in a 5 man, hs spam is not feesable.
