Do we currently know if the charge and intercept stun DR's with mace stun?

I have read that sword spec does not proc as much as it should on this server.

What would your choice be considering those facts?

All "uncontrolled" stuns have the same DR (Pyroclasm, Blackout, Mace Stun Effect...), which is different from "controlled" stun effects (Charge, Intercept, Cheap Shot...).

Regarding the proc rate, haven't heard anything about it myself. It's easily monitored through the ProcWatch AddOn though.

Good info right there. There is currently a sword spec thread if people want more info about it but it makes the choice clearer already.

Simply put, there is no way my Mace Spec, which is supposedly 6%, is anywhere near. I would put it under 1%, as I've had it maxed for maybe 4 levels now, and it has procced twice.
