http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=13163 does not have a speed of 3.30 in the current patch. Itn fact it has 2.30. That is way to fast so keep it in your bank until the items change.

As for http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=13348 it now currently has an attack speed of 2.30, also too fast.

Right now your options are http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=13982 and http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=15256. Both have the attack speed listed on the website. Massacre sword is better but much harder to get with the right stats on it, so I suggest doing the quest line for the Warblade.

The best would be Warblade of Caer Darrow , we're talking about dps here not top end damage, Massacre Sword is indeed 3.8 speed but 45 dps is too low to raid with.
