Warrior leveling talents

Warrior leveling talents

by kent8660 » Mon Jun 08, 2015 5:45 pm

Hi
Currently a lvl 28 warrior and was wondering what the most effective warrior leveling talent tree is?

I have been Fury from lvl 10-28 but decided to respec. Does anyone have any good ideas on what to build? I don't care about what weapon to use.

2h Fury till Mortal strike. Respecc to mortal strike. Hope you have whirlwind weapon/good 2h. Respecc to specc of choice @ 60.

You wasted money respecc suddenly for no reason. I mean, why WOULDN'T you want Enrage w/2h? (Don't DW at low level its a trap.)

Xylon is right about DW at low levels... but go prot spec. I haven't taken a non-dungeon quest (excluding Vorrel's Revenge) since lvl 9-10. Not even honored with a city.

this is the worst leveling spec i ever saw.

If you level like this i don't know what to say :O basically you're like a warrior with no talents for solo leveling with a spec like that.

best leveling spec would be.

http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#LZVVzmMx for level 31 etc...

then go with a spec like this till lvl 60, first complete 31 talents in fury tree then go to arms.

spec slam and learn to use it

This. Most warriors have no idea how to use it and slaughter their DPS by resetting their autos. You don't need a swing timer but it helps, you just need nameplates enabled.

When auto attacking the mobs HP drops before the white damage displays on your screen due to server lag. You might already be halfway through your next swing timer when the numbers display if the lag is real.

Don't look at your animation its delayed, don't look for white numbers they are also delayed. The second you see the mobs HP drop, this is when you cast slam. The result will be a yellow hit and a white hit displayed at the same time on your screen.

Prot is way to fucking slow and totally unnecessary for dungeons until raids/lvl 60 dungeons. Total waste of time. And the leveling process butchers your life/time enough as it is in vanilla.

Slam is indeed good and makes those last 10 levels to mortal strike a breeze (again, also if have whirlwind weapon). Deathwish is icing on the cake in those lvls. Be swimming in that rage and damage, and if you're keeping up on gear via dungeons whether tanking or not, can easily solo most of the elite quests you may come by along the way (it can be done!)

I would not stick to fury once MS becomes available. Because with that + sweeping strikes, you'll be quite capable of butchering/clearing multiple mobs at a time with whirlwind/sweeping strikes/cleave alongside your mortal strike. Hope you go axe.

I'm 28 currently and playing 2h/fury. The dps is pretty awesome and it works nice for a questing route, which I am taking. Works nice in grouping with another dps as we can clear out trash in no time at all.

Most effective lvling build in terms of speed is 2hander fury/slamspec even from 40-60
Here is why:
enrage 100% uptime-sit n go = 25% more dmg
Deathwish another 20% dmg on cooldown use for tough situations
Combine deathwish with improved cleave... oh boy
Flurry, 25% attckspeed on crit
Slam used right free extra hit
+ no respec when using a different weapon type like in arms - means u always have the best possible weapon equipped

Compare to arms
20% Crit dmg
Deep wounds, lol
Overpower crit
Sweeping strikes
Weapon specialisation crit stun or extra hit
