Hello, (I am not sure if this is the right place for my question, if not, then please remove it.)
I am interested in Bleeding procs, and i have encountered a suprising issue:
I thought the Passiv from Killmaim and Bloodspiller were the same, except for the total damage dealt over 30s.
So, I can proc ''Rend" + "Killmaim's Bleed'' both on one target, but if i have "Bloodspillere Axe" quipped, i can either proc "Rend" or "Blood Spiller's Bleed", but not both on the same target.
Is it a bug, or am I missing something important?
