Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi everyone,

I am pretty much a newb when it comes to warrior, but wanted to try it out since I love tanking (played paladin in retail though). I read through a few of the posts in this subforum to find out what the best spec is, but it seems it's either a) be awesome with a dps spec or b) tank as prot and take ages killing any mob.

Is there some middle ground spec where I can have a decent pace killing stuff outside of instances while also being a decent tank? What would be such a spec for say level 30ish.

Get 5 crit from fury, rest arms. Imp heroic strike is not used. 2/5 parry, 3/3 imp rend. 5/5 tatical mastery. Deep wounds, imp charge, imp over power and keep getting ur damage abilities. Tanking while lvling you dont need proc tree. This is for lvl 60.

Get axe spec for your ww axe quest and get axe from SM quest after that. Will be good till 50.

After this, grind out to 60.

For tanking, stam sunder and use CC for adds.

When you get sweeping stikes you can use that, stance dance to fury and WW, tons of snap aoe threat/damage, then spam sunders, mix in a thunderclap here and there.

Stats Stam always. Then str or agil, consider these equal as 1 is attack power and block value agil is crit and dodge.

If you want fury instead still rock 2h weapon. 8% miss is better than 24%miss. You wont have hit gear when leveling.
