I'm leveling a warrior on Nost. I intended on leveling prot but after further reading and the slowest grinding ever, I decided I need respec. Arms is looking like the best choice. So, Arms Warriors, could any of you give me pointers/links for a good spec? I would appreciate it.

Arms isnt really viable untill you can reach MS in arms tree, meaning lvl40 onwards. Fury is viable all the way, or respec arms at 40. The problem you have with going arms when lvling is also you have weapon specs, meaning you lock yourself into using just one kind of weapon while fury lets you use what ever. 2h fury to 60 is the way to go honestly.

Impale line
Tactical mastery
Improved overpower
Improved charge
2 handed spec
Sweeping strikes
Axe spec
Mortal strike
Whirlwind axe is your friend, can be used until around level 50.
Sweeping strikes + whirlwind is nice for grinding mobs.
Arms can beat other melles in pvp.
Overpower is good.
Mortal strike does about 2x the damage of blood thirst
Tactical mastery gives you improved flexibility for your hero.
The sit macro for fury to enrage becomes tedious and feels dumb overall.

I'm not as high on Fury as most. After you take your 5% increased chance to crit the talent choices really aren't great until you get to the tier with Enrage and Imp. Execute.
With Arms you improve one of your better Damage/Rage abilities, Tac. Mastery is pretty useful, Imp. Charge seems really underrated (even if the stun is resisted, you get to start with the Rend you've just improved), and Imp. Overpower (worth remembering that rend and hamstring can be dodged) is crazy good. Fury definitely has a few more-exciting talents, but they're too spread out in the early levels for my liking compared to the fairly smooth increase in potency in Arms early in the tree.
I think it's difficult enough to level as a Warrior that you might consider respeccing a couple times (as you are now). You could probably tank your way from 30-40 ( you didn't say what level you are in the OP, so I figure it's worth mentioning here) in SM and respec to Fury or Arms for 40-50+.
