Switching to Lobotomizer in OH would give you a small loss of DPS, assuming Lobotomizer have a proc-rate of about 5% (which seems to be the common procrate for most procs on daggers). The AP bonus of Dal'rends is simply too great to pass up.

What about Deathbringer MH and Lobotomizer OH ? thinking it might get a nice dps boost. Your thoughts ?

Deathbringer is indeed strong enough to warrant breaking up Dal'rends. Go DB+Lobotomizer.

Hmmm! currently using Mirah's song as OH, so not totally sure there
