Would you please tell me which class(es) the Warrior struggles against the most in end-game PvP? What about the class makes them difficult for the Warrior?

Most will get you that equal skill and gear. Kiting and CC is the answer.

Put a healer on your back, put a healer on there back, you win. Reason, dispell the kite and CC.
