Crul+CTS/Doom's Edge. There's no reason to run with Maladath when your racial does the same thing for a superior MH weapon. Let the filthy rogue scum have it.

What is comes down to is proc vs stats.
Another thing that needs to be looked into is swing timer off HoJ.
As I always tank I have not tested this, however other servers HoJ reset the swing timer of your main hand.
So if you had a faster OH, if the OH proced HoJ you would get a loss in dps due to your MH never getting a swing.
The goal to counter this is as a warrior is to have your OH and MH very close in speed to reduce the swing timer loss rate in these events.
Your calculations are off 138/1.8 is ~76.7, and is the reason you're getting a discrepancy. (76.92*1.38=~138.5) Also, you calculate increased weapon speed the wrong way.
2.6/1.3=2
200/2=100 DPS
1.8/1.3= ~1.385
138.5/1.385=100 DPS
Or to simpify:
2.6 speed weapon 200dmg, 1.3 speed weapon 100 damage
2.6/1.3=2
200/2=100 DPS
1.3/1.3=1
100/1=100 DPS
Conclusion: attack speed increases do NOT scale better with slower weapons.

If HoJ procs your MH gets an extra attack and its swing timer is reset, no? Why'd your OH speed make any difference?
