Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey guys! I recently dinged 30 and I finally have my beloved Whirlwind Axe, which btw slices through mobs like they're butter. I predict I will have this axe for many levels foward, since it makes me a killing machine.

My question is what weapon should I aim for next? When and where can I find a weapon that will be an upgrade and is better than Whirlwind Axe?

Sorry for not making any research on this matter myself. I'm lazy and I like lasagna. What do you expect of me?

I figured some warrior-nerd might step in to this thread with all the answers in the palm of his hand.

check out uldaman last boss weapons, both are great, i prefer the sword imo

- Polearm from 2nd last boss in Uldaman is great for 2h fury, terrible for arms though.
- Axe from Croc in Maraudon.
- Sword from last boss in Uldaman.
- Icebarbed spear at lvl51 from quest to AV.

Personaly, I kept WW-axe from lvl30 to 51 when I got Icebarbed.

May i ask why is good for 2h fury? even more, what should i look for if i wanna play 2h fury?

if you're alliance you can get bonebiter right away at 38 or 39

Because MS dmg is based off of weapon damage meaning a fast 2h with low top damage wont scale as well as a slow 2h will. When it comes to fury, BT is based of AP so weapon speed doesnt matter. Both specs make use of OP though which scales well with slower, high top dmg 2handers.

just wanna point out the quest for Ice Barbed Spear has been bugging out for a lot of people so i wouldn't hold my breath over getting it

Since nobody mentioned it I would like to mention RFD + SM quest swords, they are really decent weapons if you spec fury. At 48 you can also do Maraudon and get thrash blade which can replace the RFD sword so being fury is viable 38-51 pretty much. At 51 I would get Ice barbed (farm mobs in AV until korrak spawns then go to korrak ;D ).
