Forgot to add rings, Quick Strike + Master Dragonslayer/Don Julio's and your BiS weapon will be a HWL Sword or Ashkandi

If you have a drakefang talisman r13 shoulder/helm could be BiS since you won't be wasting hit. Flameguard + r12 boots is also an option to kill off some hit.

i think more importantly would be a pre-rank14/raid bis list.

By definition PvP doesn't have BIS since the context/goal is always changing unlike PVE which is max damage. Some like to stack HP, AP, CRIT etc. That being said I do enjoy seeing other's reasoning for focusing on X stat. The obvious response is "balance".

I'd be inclined to say nightfall. Since mace spec is really shit on this server, basically never seen it proc.

TuF stun works but the mace spec proc rate is terrible.
