Hey I read the pre-raid bis for fury and had a few questions about hit rating.
I read that 17% is the soft cap and 27% is the hardcap.
However I was only able to come up with 10% hit with ironfoe+ felstriker. Will I still put out good dps?

^This pretty much. 9% is required. Anything past 15% is kind of a waste. Having played fury through BWL and AQ40 I would say the sweetspot is indeed around 12%, after that stack AP (You will be crit-capped anyways in raidbuffs by late BWL).

what is the crit cap for fury? And if im only at 8% hit is that okay for now? I could switch bows for 9% hitbut then I lose the 22 ap

I had like 22% hit in naxx and I got crit capped there aswell, but that amount of hit is just a bosswrecking one, you should be rather around 15%(I think this is not attainable atm??) and then pump some AP, Balance crit with hit and your power and you are golden.
+the felstriker you are using is making you hit 100% for 3 seconds so yeah that weapon is just pure gold for now.
