Fellow Fury Warriors: Elemental Sharpening Stones are bugged
Posted: Tue Dec 01, 2015 5:35 pmDo not waste your gold on these guys, after some time raiding, I realized my crit chance on my tool tip was much lower than it was supposed to be, here is how it happened.
In a raid, applying crit stones to weapons, typically every 30 minutes or right before bosses.
For some reason I need to tank and swap to a tank weapon, go back to my normal weapons, and I'm doing less dps. Last week I was paying close attention, during the raid I swapped my mainhand in and out with my tank weapon which didn't have a crit stone attached, and watched my tooltip go down 2% crit with every weapon swap. I didn't do this until I was at zero because I was in a raid, once I saw the bug with a weapon swap twice I stopped doing it intentionally, finishing the night fully equipped with 15.55% crit, and 0.00% naked (while having a natural 80 agility)
Logging back in days after my tooltip said I had a normal 27.55% critical chance on hit.
If you are currently using these, please try to help report this so it can be fixed, these are a staple for fury dps, but we really can't depend on them if they're going to punish us if we have to tank (or possibly even die, as the buff goes away temporarily while we're dead).
