Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi

I'm leveling a human warrior, and for some reason my armor is showing red and it says I have -580 armor. I have no debuffs or anything that could cause me to have any loss of armor. The only thing I could think of was the prot talent "toughness" somehow being bugged and giving me a decreased armor value instead of increased armor value? It sucks tanking through instances and such with almost 600 less armor.
I really don't know what to do or whats causing it.

I don't have toughness (fury) but that red armor amount.

it seems like a visual bug, i get it a lot too.

It seems to be a visual bug since the talent toughness does not show +armor but just multiplies your armor value by 1.1 (if 5/5). Also, why are you taking prot talents while leveling? You can tank any lowbie dungeon as dps spec if you have a good shield and decent hp/armor for your level, and leveling as prot is horribly slow.
