Only if u want to be a troll...
Orc is going to be your best bet for both pvp and pve if trying to minmax.(dps)
Although if u made a troll warrior, I would happily welcome you to my small but elite club.

But Orc is best.

Troll warrior was retail's little inside joke but I always had one. I like being a unique little snowflake. I don't think trolls got balanced racials until wotlk or cata.

trolls get a bad wrap because there racials arent great in comparison to orc for dps, or tauren for tanking. BUT there base stats are better than any other races base stats. (from what i remember)
