Battle shout Not working correctly

So for some odd reason my battle shout has not been working off and on.

I have 2/5 imp shout. Screen shots will be listed below. Of the skill, the buff and talent screen.

Some times my battle shout is the correct value that the skill says it should be, sometimes it is not.

Also sometimes it will not refresh it self automatically when I recast it. Causing me to have to click it off then recast.

I do think it's merely a visual bug that the buff tooltip shows an incorrect amount of AP while the ability tooltip doesn't. Check the stats panel to see if the correct number is applies. Unfortunately, I know nothing about the refreshing issue...

It is a UI bug, the correct AP is applied however the buff icon is not displaying correctly
