I want to step up my NR game and I wanted to make a comprehensive list of what is available in the current patch. I know there is a bis list of resist items for tanks but most of that gear appears that it either isn't in the game yet or requires world dragons to obtain.

NR neck from some quest in silithus, npc will mail you to it once you finish the quest.
