Hello, Titanic Leggings http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=22385 are on the PTR right now. I wonder if the will be out with patch 1.9 or with they will hold them back to patch 1.10

Titanic leggings was released with Patch 1.10 or 1.11. AQ is 1.9.

Well all the PvP gear been 1.11 stats for some time, would actually make sense having Titanic Leggings avalible for PvE-rs who atm would have to rank to 12 for PvE bis.

In AQ40 you'll get t2.5 legs which are almost identic to titanic in terms of DPS value.

Im on mobile so will not post links but you can find "Adding new blacksmiting patterns" ( or something like that, don't remember exactly) from 1.10 patch notes. That will mean the pattern would be out 2 months after AQ release according to the Nost timeline
