Arms leveling

Hey, could anyone link me a arms leveling spec? I looked the forums but it is mostly about fury and when i see something about arms it is for level 60

Optimally I'd start off as fury, get enrage asap and /sit bind. You can maybe respec for arms at 36 when WW+Sweeping Strikes becomes a thing. I wouldn't recommend missing out on enrage otherwise.

dont listen to all of this "respec this " and nonsense. just level up as fury. use a 2hander. its the fastest and most efficiant way to level.
