gearing up at lvl 60

I never raided in Vanilla before, and i'm playing a fury warrior (i'm probably far from being the only one). Are there guides out there that would indicate me how to properly gear for raids? (attunements, dungeons, quests etc....), same thing for pvp. In short, any guide for lvl 60 newbies.
