So, I was speaking to friend recently about this server and I have been excited to play, after playing a short while on my warrior and finding out most things, are, broken... when it comes to the warrior class as of now, But, I have a Few Questions.

1 - Raiding, I would like to tank, but I don't know a good "protection" spec
2 - Could somebody give me a quick run down on how to tank a raid boss, as they are taunt immune, and if they're not hitting you, how can you generate rage/ tank swap the boss from tank to tank.

keep in mind I have not played much vanilla at end game, so, don't slaughter me to much :D

Thanks
- Holy

Specify what things are broken.
Here is a good protection spec for endgame tanking(it's not good for dungeons)
Taunt immune bosses? Bosses should be tauntable, only in some encounters they shouldn't be. If they're not hitting you, any rage generating ability or Taunt/Mocking blow for instant swap. You generate rage only when taking damage, autoattacking or using Bloodrage.

A.) Warriors are not broken

B.) Which bosses are taunt immune? Either way, the way you want to tank any boss is to: pop bloodrage, run in, get 2-3 sunders off, tell your dps to start unloading. Do it that way and you should never lose aggro.

Yeah, I guess I should read the whole post. I just saw how do you tank taunt immune bosses and assumed that if you don't know how to do that, you wouldn't even be thinking about raiding.

It seems that any dragon mob is immune to taunt, at least in LBRS/UBRS and includes the final bosses of both instances.

What a lot of people don't understand is that controlling threat is just as important for the rest of the group as it is for the tank. If you're a rogue or mage that unloads on a mob as soon as it's pulled and then die because of it, then that's probably your fault, not the tank's.
