Has anyone tried mace spec out to see if the stuns share diminishing returns with charge/intercept?

Starting off in vanilla they did share DR, so mace spec was worthless, but later it got changed to be on a separate timer.

I think I tried this in the beta and they were on separate timers as a rogue. I think it was changed in 1.7.
