Imho are Truestrike Shoulders BiS for any melee class (+hunter), even if those lack stamina. Those 2% hit are way more valuable than that little hp/crit increase.

well that doesn't give me the pre-1.4 stats since webarchive says april 8 2005 and that says may 5 2005
i dont know what to tell ya but we cant just assume those boots had 40 AP/14 stam before 1.4 given this information

I also read on a german site, that the 20. april was the release of the 1.4 patch. That would make sense, that those boots dropped for the first time on the 20th april, hence not implemented before 1.4
