Posted: Mon Apr 20, 2015 5:10 pmIt is only a mesmerize effect on your target, so any damage will break it, and on the untargetted it acts as an actual fear.

Posted: Mon Apr 20, 2015 5:24 pmIncapacitate on target. IE, sapping/gouge main target, fear everyone else. Breaks on any damage.
