Sap?

It's weird no one reported this so far.

Sap on mobs only lasts for around 4 seconds instead of 25+, anyone else noticed that?

Yesterday I sapped a kobold for 25s, don't see any bug with it.

That's... really weird, I never had more than 4s. I'll test it some more.

What rank are you using? What levels are the mob you're trying to sap? This can make a differengece for the heartbeat resist
