Disarm Trap?

Okay, is there such skill as Disarm Trap (a separate one from Lockpicking) that is actually needed to be able to do it?
Because I have 300 in Lockpicking and whenever I click on trap, it tells me that it requires 300 skill in Disarm Trap.
Is it bugged? Couldn't find anything about the skill on google.

You have to press on Disarm trap skill and click on trap. You need to carry Thieves tools but I guess you do anyway
