What's the best addon to track Slice n Dice?

Example of what I like, in WoD I have Tellmewhen setup that when I don't have Slice n Dice active, an icon appears near my character.

You can use powerauras as listed earlier in the thread, you can also use it opposite of what I do, so similar to what you already said.

Candy Dice. Does other stuff but with proper configuration it'll do that.

Would highly recomend Netherfrost's UI. I haven't tried it when I played my hunter but I'll definately use it now since I started a rogue class. It seems clean and perfectly made for rogues.
One thing I noticed, if I recall correctly, is that you had more bars as if I'll be interested in PvP-ing I'll want to have my Engineering items on bars so from that I could tell that I might have an issue with bar slots. Where would one fit some extra bars (similar to VIRO UI), or is there an option to just show extra bars al ready placed somewhere but are hidden.

On Emerald Dream I have a secondary bar for consumes and engineering items aswell.
For now, you'd have to add one in bongos yourself. As for the future, I'll make a new version of my UI and I'm already tinkering with ideas and new nefty changes (feel free to add ideas!!), in this new version I've already decided to add a bar which is only visible when mouseovered

How to add new bars: /bongos -> visibility -> check new bars
