Mask of the Unforgiven from The Unforgiven in Stratholme is the best Rogue head piece.

You will want to pass on Ebon Mask for the Rogue lvl 50 quest reward. The other two items are much more useful (Duskbat Drape for convenience, Whisperwalk boots for PvP) and will prove valuable for as long as you play.

Ebon Mask is easily upgraded.

I'd say weapon choices are a bit over the top. Here are some alternatives (Since the other onces are either, raid drops or world drops. Will take forever to get)

Daggers:
* Finkle's Skinner (UBRS, The Beast)
* Barman's Shanker (BRD, the pub)
