Are you saying that Ironfoe's proc adds roughly 36 dps over dal'rends set?

Speccing into Sword Spec adds about 25 dps.

So if your math is correct than Ironfoe should out DPS the dal'rends set?

Well the ironfoe proc is with the numbers you provided way superior to the sword spec proc. 15% for 2 weapon swings in comparison to 5% for 1, of both can proc an additional proc etc. Yes, ironfoe should outdps the mh+set bonus gained from dal'rend if the mechanics on the server work as intended in regards to extra weapon swing procs.

I do not see why one would ever wear BF shoulders and gloves instead of NS ones. Is it because of the set bonus increasing damage so much that it outweighs the poor stats on those two?

On what procrate do you base your calculation of T2 being BiS?
Also you say you use 7/8 T2 as dagger and only ACLG offtier?
