Entire list is on the assumption of 8/8 proc rate being higher than it normally is. Too early to tell.

- ProcDPS of the "8-Set" should be around 10-15 DPS, ofc totally untested yet.

- Sry i just forgot the Dagger stuff, its in there now.

- Viskag's Procrate is not worth it to use in Offhand and CTS is clearly the better Mainhand.
Never overestimate a Proc like this one.

This list is for Nostalrius and nothing else.
IF u have something to say, or you want to improve things here, then go ahead.

I would never call anyone wrong before I tested stuff empirically myself, all I wanted to find out is if there were empirical tests already, done by someone reliable.

The only thing I was actually looking for was a legit source for a procrate/procmechanics on full T2 so I can compare it to the alternative BiS list.

About Viskag,you are right the procrate would have to be way too high to make it the better mh than cts.
