According to WoWWiki, miss chance (%) is:
1) vs 58-62 lvl mob:
- with Single-Wield white attacks and Any-Wield yellow attacks = 5 + (mob lvl - your lvl) * 0.5 + (mob lvl * 5 - your weapon skill) * 0.04
- with Dual-Wield white attacks = 24 + (mob lvl - your lvl) * 0.5 + (mob lvl * 5 - your weapon skill) * 0.04
2) vs 63 lvl mob:
- with Single-Wield white attacks and Any-Wield yellow attacks = 2 + (mob lvl - your lvl) * 2 + (mob lvl * 5 - your weapon skill) * 0.04
- with Dual-Wield white attacks = 21 + (mob lvl - your lvl) * 2 + (mob lvl * 5 - your weapon skill) * 0.04
Is it correct for Nostalrius?
Added: is there unreducable 19% miss for Dual-Wielding that was fixed on retail in 1.8 patch?
