It all depends if u wanna do the math with the trinket. We would need average PPM and if it stacks with buffs/debuffs.

Can someone post a pre-epic BiS for PvP? Swords / Daggers and some PvP talent builds?

Maybe even some hybrid PvP-PvE builds (combat swords?) Can't find much information on these and a lot of the talent links dont work now wowprovider is down.

So I would never go for a PvP-PvE hybrid as imo it makes you useless at both, either spec fully PvP or fully PvE (again this is my personal opinion)

Dirty deeds or improved kidney shot, you can drop improved sap and /or gouge if you don't like/use them!

As for gear, it's pretty much the same with one difference, you only need to achieve yellow hit cap which I believe is 5% (don't quote me on this). After that hit is a useless stat, before it's prior #1.
