Leveling / PvP Spec

Hi fellow Rogues,

I am level 34 right now and have all points in Combat, apart from 2 in Remorseless Attacks and 2 in Malice. Recently got two new blue daggers and now I am considering a more PvP/Gank-heavy spec.

Is it wise to put all points into one tree until 40? I was thinking of either:

Do these make sense in terms of talents used for leveling/pvp/ganking and would one be stronger? I feel like the Sub one give me a lot more tools in the kit for PvP due to better stealth, higher speed, cheaper stunlock etc. but relies mostly on a high opening crit with ambush to get initial burst.

Assa seems to offer more damage, especially through poisons.

Thoughts / Feedback / Ideas?

Didn't feel like making a new thread but I'm also wondering what build(s) would be good for PVP/leveling. Talent tree and some little info how to play it would be great.

For max level PVP, 31/8/12 was always a very fun spec, taking down clothies in a few hits was madness.

some variation of that. Big ambush and backstab damage.
