Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

1) Eviscerate damage IS SO LOW , i think this stuck at lvl1 but shows as lvl6
2) Ruthlessness 3/3 not work with RUPTURE , combo never adds after rupture ( other finishers works fine)

Evis works fine for me

And rupture works fine as well with ruthlessness.

Everything works fine here, just tested and confirmed working properly.

my char is bugged?
im 48 lvl and i never have seen my rupture add combo
record vid plz or u lier

Am I only one who gets riposte procs after respecing out of it. Atleast it pops up in combat text everytime I parry.
