Rogue Stealth PvP (MoD)

I am not sure if I am being redundant here. I have seen at least one other discussion on this topic, but it doesn't really explain much of anything.

My question has to do with MoD (Master of Deception). Is this talent worth it in PvP. I know it works in PvE, but does it actually work for PvP? I have done BGs with and without this talent and have honestly not really seen a major difference, but that may just be me. With my build, I can either spec 5 into Camouflage, or 5 into MoD. Because of this, I want to know if it's a talent worth getting for PvP.

If your build only allows for either camouflage or MoD I would 100% at any time take camouflage.

It works on PvP perfectly, also nightscape boots and engineering goggles work in PvP perfectly, just in case anyone is wondering. I've tested both.
