Daggers:
21/8/22 (Preparation)

31/8/12 (Seal Fate)

Swords/Maces:
21/3/27 (Hemorrhage)

19/32 (Combat)

Scales with gear, meaning if your gear is shit you won't do anything, but if it's good this can be extremely effective. Obviously use the correct weapon specialization for whatever you're using.

It should be noted that the bolded spec above can have anything used in the off-hand really, since you gain no benefit from using any particular weapon type in the Hemo spec. All you need to do is ensure your main-hand is a slow weapon, optimally 2.8 speed or higher. In the off-hand slot, you want something with the quickest speed/good stats, as you want to be applying poison as quickly as possible.

A great option is Bonescraper, incredibly fast and a nice stat stick offering +30AP, making it a great partner in crime along with a Vis'Kag in the mainhand. I haven't been so lucky, so I'm using a lobotomizer in the off hand with Viskag. Although it provides no hard stats like a Bonescraper does, getting procs from the two weapons together or back to back can provide some nice burst in a spec that aside from Cold Blood, generally lacks burst damage.

I think the ideal off-hand for 21/3/27 currently would be the core-hound tooth dagger, decent speed and great stats.

There is also some variations to the builds that Unsouled posted that are worth looking into.

Seal Fate Riposte

Old school US Rogue Stuck used this in his final video with Naxx gear.

Seal Fate Imp Sprint

Hemo Imp Sprint( I believe this is what Sarrik used in some of his duels vs lolwtf)

Deep Hemo/Cold Blood.

21-8-22 and 31-8-12 were both very popular builds. Personally I always ran seal fate because it offered more damage and it was decent enough to get by in non-progression raiding.

Never cared for combat, but I did run hemo a decent amount, and in this patch my choice was either 21-0-30 CB deadliness (basically no imp gouge like the previous spec, worse in duels, more burst)

Or I actually used this quite a lot when the patch first came out and made a few vids with it.

Basically the idea is to trade cold blood for imp sprint to help with the popularity of hamstring, frost nova, and frostbite in battlegrounds. Worked very well for me in bg's while I was doing my R13 grind, never had much time for world pvp due to having to constantly grind warsong, but I imagine the imp sprint is very good in world pvp also.
