Does anyone have solid numbers on how effective Master of Deception (sub talent) is for stealth, and how Vanish rank 2 is "more effective" than Vanish rank 1?

MoD = +3 point in Stealth "skill", i.e. +15 when 5/5, causing a level 60 with 5/5 MoD to have the same chance to be detected by another level 60 than a level 63 with 0/5 MoD.
Vanish R1 is +170 Stealth, R2 +270.
Versus a target of your level and without any +Detection from your opponent or +Stealth from you, without MoD you're detected from around 15y, if you stay in the "detection cone" for long enough (1s, 2s anyone?). MoD brings this down to about 5y.

http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=22003#wh-commentsRead the top comment. It lists all the different stealth bonuses you can get and how much stealth points each give. Not all items or talents that increase stealth level / stealth detection are the same.
Only thing wrong on there afaik are the bc items, and feral instinct for druid, which is 3 points of stealth for 1/5 talent points (same as mod) in vanilla before it was changed to 5 points of stealth for 1/3 talent points in bc.
