Skull of impending doom + oh swap makro

hey guys, wondering if anyone could write a macro to swap skull of impending doom and any offhand

most important thing is: that u can swap both items on and off unlimited times, not only 1 swap

got supermacro but cant seem to find a solution atm

Hotkeying different itemsets via itemrack or a similar addon works very well for me and i recommend
