Spreadsheet for seal fate daggers?

As the subject states, is there any spreadsheet for seal fate dagger spec, or any other way other than Theorycraft addon to see the value of the different DPS stats?

Surely, there must be some reliable way to measure what kind of gear one wants to use as seal fate, especially since seal fate allegedly outperforms combat daggers/swords in higher gear levels...!
