Improved Eviscerate doesn't work?

I picked this talent but dmg on the tooltip hasn't changed. Is it normal?

ye many (if not all) tooltips wont be updated after any upgrade/manipulation via talents.

such as SnD, MotW/GotW eetc.

So it's completely natural.

But Sinister Strike's energy cost has been updated on tooltip from 45 to 40 after I picked specific talent. I don't remember how it was in 2006, but I guess Eviscerate tooltip has to be updated after picking improved eviscerate talent.
