Combat/Sub dagger rogue pvp build

I was wondering if someone can share a combat/sub dagger pvp build?
I am currently trying to find some new build which will allow you to be a good dmg dealer without cooldown dependency (I am talking about 21/8/22 build so popular on vanilla).
