Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm a rogue on the PVE server, and I picked up Bloodfang pants last night. I just wanted to check with some PVP server rogues about the stats. Can you confirm that the BF pants will receive a stat update, and if you remember, which Nost patch that update came in?

On the PVE server the pants are missing 1% crit (and possibly more, I'm going off memory).
