Correct me if I'm wrong, just want an answer to it.

Afaik, pickpocketed lockboxes should have a 20-40% chance to have various poison reagents? Or was this added in a later patch? Because I cannot find any information about.
Would like if someone could clarify it for me :3

Also any tips on good locations on where to pickpock, place with few players, fast respawn, lucrative pickpocket and then killing them.

I think it was added during early TBC. Could be wrong though, gotta check patch notes.
