Is the talent Serrated Blades working?

I want to spec subtelty, but when I hover the tallent "Serrated Blades", the armor reduction i said to be 0.

Since my respec would cost me a gold, I want to know what to excpect first..

Yeah it's supposed to be working, the 0 is only visual.
At least it is what it used to be during beta.
You can test it's working by dueling someone with low armor and using kick and seeing how the value changes.

The +30% rupture isnt working , dont know about the armor pen, prob not working either and harder to verify.

It'as actually kinda easy to verify, you just need to respec ofc.

1. Respec
2. Get the armor values from Serrated Blades online
3. Duel with a friend who has an armor vlose to the SB reduction
4. Use max rank Gouge / Kick without / with the talent.

Apparently it's 480 armor at level 60. There is some kind of formula to know the exact number for each level, haven't found it yet.
